Honda to Unveil Diesel Engine in Geneva

The Geneva Motor Show will debut the Honda’s new diesel engine which is going to lead the brand some new levels. Diesel engine has been a big weakness of Honda as none of its loved models are present in diesel formats.
The new engine is name as ‘Earth Dreams’ and is a 1.6L engine producing 88kW of power with 300nM of toque. The fuel economy is not revealed yet but company says that to be above the expected figures. The engine will be first used in Honda Civic Hatchback at the end of 2012 and will later in the other models.
